Canteen Staff
Pine Grove Sports Complex is actively seeking canteen staff for weekends. Responsibilities include operating a cash register, food preparation, and excellent customer service. Please contact Carrie Lyons for more info & to apply.

Maintenance Position
Responsibilities Include: Maintaining Tennis Courts and daily facility maintenance. Refilling water coolers, empty trash as needed around facility. Maintain all equipment, keeping in good working condition. Daily walk through of all areas of the facility to ensure cleanliness. Responsible for cleaning offices, pro shop and bathroom facilities. All other duties assigned from Facility Director. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and club policies.
Physical Requirements: Must be able to work extended periods of time outdoors and in extreme weather. Must be able to lift, push and pull at least 50 pounds. Must be able to operate lawn maintenance equipment to maintain grounds.
Job Qualifications: 1 year experience is tennis court maintenance is preferred. High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
Work Hours: Monday-Friday 7AM-1PM. Saturdays if events/tournaments are being hosted
Part-Time
Hourly Rate: $13.00/hr.

Part-Time Park Supervisor
The Pine Grove Sports Complex Supervisor is a part-time position in the Athletics Department. Position will include responsibilities associated with the total organization of youth, adult softball leagues and weekend tournament events. This position will manage Pine & Oak Grove Sports Complexes (Weekday Nights & Weekends). Responsibilities will include: office management, program administration, program supervision and evaluation, monitoring facilities, customer service, staff scheduling, oversight of canteens and facilitating weekend events. Ability to work with other program areas within the Recreation Athletic Department as well as the LCRAC Maintenance Department. Other related work required.
Minimum Requirements:
A High School diploma is required. Must have a strong interest and knowledge of the different sports offered to the public. Candidate should be task and project oriented, has good organization and communication skills. Must be proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite. The hours for this position are weekday nights and weekends in an outdoor environment. A valid SC driver’s license is required and must pass a background check and drug screening.
Rate of Pay:
Based on education and experience.

Front Desk Staff

Barr Road Sports Complex
Part-time position.  Responsible for greeting and assisting the public.  Must be able to answer questions in person and on the phone, distribute information, process registrations, and perform other office and facility related tasks.  Job involves supervising events and tournaments, and working the canteen.  You must be able to move equipment up to 50 lbs.  Hours will generally be nights and weekends.  Applicants must have a high school diploma.  Submit applications in person at the Barr Road Sports Complex or email them to Erin Chinners.

Lexington County Tennis Complex
Part time position. 20-25 hours/week $9/hr.
